Terms of service & refund guarantee
TLSbookit is an independent service. We are not TLScontact, not a consulate and not affiliated with them. Alerts are sent as fast as we can detect an opening, but an appointment can never be guaranteed and delays can happen.
Assisted booking: you authorise our team to use your TLS account only to book your appointment. You pay the official TLS fee yourself, directly to TLS, by card on their portal before the deadline we send you. Please change your TLS password afterwards.
Service fee and guarantee: our service fee is shown before you pay. If we do not manage to book an appointment within 14 days, we refund the service fee in full. Refunds go back to the payment method used, or by the method agreed with you for bank/D17 payments.
You agree to give accurate information and to use only your own (or your client's, for agencies) TLS account with their permission. Contact us any time at support@tlsbookit.com.
