Privacy
We store only the data you give us (name, email, phone numbers, Telegram ID, your requests and payments) to send the alerts you asked for and to run the booking service.
If you choose assisted booking and give us your TLS login, the password is stored encrypted, can be opened only by the team member assigned to your request, and is deleted automatically when the request ends or after 72 hours. You can delete it yourself at any time from your account. We use it only to book your appointment.
Card payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card number. You pay the official TLS fee directly to TLS, never to us. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
